  • Opened or Used Items: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please email support@thesrxformula.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item(s)
    We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
  • Returning an unopened item? If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To start a return:
    • Email support@thesrxformula.com with your order number.
    • Our team will provide return instructions.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
