Saima Rashid is a Clinical Pharmacist with postgraduate qualifications in Skin Therapeutics, Medical Aesthetics and Women's Hormonal Health. She has spent over two decades working at the intersection of clinical pharmacy, skin science and women's hormonal biology — first in clinical practice, and now as the formulator behind the SRX Beauty Protocol.

Her clinical credential is specific and rare. Skin therapeutics is a distinct postgraduate specialism — it covers the pharmacology of skin disease, the biology of skin ageing, the hormonal drivers of skin change and the clinical evidence behind active ingredients. Medical aesthetics adds the procedural and physiological understanding of how skin structure changes across a lifetime. Why she built it

"I spent 20 years watching women spend hundreds of pounds on supplements while still struggling with low energy, poor sleep and accelerated ageing. As a pharmacist, I knew the problem was not simply what they were taking. It was when they were taking it — and whether what they were taking was formulated to clinical standards or just positioned to look like it was.

Different biological processes peak at different times of day. Your metabolism is most responsive in the morning. Cellular hydration and nutrient transport are at highest demand at midday. Skin renewal and hormone regulation run overnight. One supplement, taken once, cannot reach all three windows.
