The problem

Why do women suddenly feel like they're ageing overnight?

Because your body changes long before you see it. As collagen naturally declines and daily demands increase, your body begins prioritising essential functions over beauty.

Skin loses radianceHair thinsEnergy dropsRecovery slows

That's exactly why SRX was created.

The solution

Supports collagen, hydration and healthy-looking skin.

Energy & Metabolism

Supports normal energy metabolism and reduces tiredness.

Hydration

Saima's framework

The Beauty Allocation Principle™

Your body doesn't fund every project at once. It funds the ones it can't survive without, first — and beauty has never been one of them.

Vital organs
Heart · Brain · Immune system
Core function
Hormones · Reproduction · Metabolism
Beauty
Skin · Hair · Nails · Glow

This isn't a metaphor. It's how the body has always allocated limited resources — under real scarcity, it protects survival first and treats everything else as optional. This is exactly why brittle nails, thinning hair and dull skin are classic, textbook early signs of nutritional insufficiency: they're some of the first things deprioritised when the body is stretched thin, and among the last things restored once it isn't.

Sustained shortfall pushes this further. In athletes under chronic energy deficit, the body is well documented to scale back reproductive hormone signalling and metabolic rate to protect what it needs to survive — a real, recognised phenomenon (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport, RED-S). A body quietly under-resourced through stress, poor sleep, or nutrient shortfall that standard bloodwork often misses can reasonably deprioritise "optional" beauty output too.

Give the body enough, and the allocation shifts. Skin, hair, energy and glow aren't the thing you're paying for directly. They're what happens once the body has stopped triaging.

The Beauty Allocation Principle™ is Saima Rashid's own applied framework, built on established nutritional-deficiency science and RED-S research.

Why this isn't skincare

Skin has a barrier for a reason: the stratum corneum is built to keep things out. Dermatology's "500 Dalton rule" shows molecules larger than ~500 Daltons can't pass through it in meaningful amounts. Collagen is hundreds of thousands of Daltons. Applied topically, it sits on the surface.

It's also why every serious in-clinic skin treatment — microneedling, peels, PRP — works by deliberately injuring the skin to trigger a wound-healing cascade, not by delivering an ingredient through it intact.

The bloodstream feeds the fibroblasts that build your skin from underneath — a route that reaches the dermis without cutting or irritating anything.

Four problems, one underneath the other

01Molecular

Nutrients compete with each other

High zinc intake reduces copper absorption; calcium inhibits iron uptake. Split across the day, they don't compete.

02Individual

Women's physiology adds a layer most formulas skip

Monthly iron loss, luteal-phase fluid shifts, and perimenopausal sweat loss are rarely accounted for at all.

03Temporal

Your body doesn't need the same things at every hour

Cortisol peaks on waking; collagen synthesis rises overnight. Dose everything at once and you miss both windows.

04Systemic

None of this is separate. It's one system.

A protocol built as one coordinated, timed system — not three unrelated products.

Why I Created The SRX Formula

As a Clinical Pharmacist, I spent years helping women with problems that often seemed unrelated. They came to me struggling with stubborn weight gain, low energy, thinning hair, dull skin, poor sleep and the emotional changes that so often accompany hormonal shifts.

Most were looking for separate solutions to separate problems. A supplement for energy. A cream for their skin. Something else for their hair. Something else again for sleep.

But I kept asking myself the same question: what if these weren't separate problems at all? The more I looked, the clearer it became that they were often different signs of the same underlying biology.

At the same time, through my work in skin therapeutics and medical aesthetics, I saw another contradiction. Many of the most effective skin treatments don't work because they deliver ingredients through the skin. They work because they deliberately disrupt the skin barrier, triggering the body's natural repair response. But the skin barrier exists for a reason. It's designed to keep things out.

That led me to ask a different question. If healthy skin is created beneath the surface, why are we trying to improve it from above? The answer seemed obvious. The cells responsible for creating collagen and healthy skin aren't on the surface — they're nourished from within.

So instead of creating another beauty supplement, I set out to develop a protocol that supports the biology responsible for healthy skin, natural energy, hydration and metabolism from the inside out.

Because beauty isn't something you apply. It's something your body creates when it's given what it needs. That's why I created The SRX Formula.

In her words

Ayesha's 90 days

Day 1

  • Full-time social worker, mum of two — nothing left by the end of the day
  • Tried a prescription weight-loss injection — helped a little, but the exhaustion didn't go
  • No time or energy for a complicated routine

Day 90

  • Real energy for her kids again, not just getting through the day
  • Lost weight, and her skin looks fresh for the first time in years
  • Just three steps, fitted around a full-time job — morning, hydration, evening

"I don't have time for a complicated routine, so I just take my morning and hydration formulas first thing, and the evening one before bed. That's it. The hydration formula is basically my go-to drink now — it keeps me going all day. I'm properly hooked."

AYESHA, 40 — SOCIAL WORKER, MUM OF TWO

Questions worth asking

Your body's energy, hydration and repair processes aren't equally active all day — one blend taken once can't reflect that.
Every active ingredient is dosed in line with published nutrition research and, where applicable, EFSA-recognised health claims.
The Full Box is a 30-day supply of the complete protocol. The 90-Day Protocol is the same protocol for a full 90 days, plus the Pace of Ageing Assessment, a tracking diary, and a 1:1 onboarding call — most women choose the 90-day option since that's the timeframe skin and collagen turnover actually need.
Saima Rashid, an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist with postgraduate training in skin therapeutics and medical aesthetics, Marion Gluck-trained in bioidentical hormone therapy, and specialising in women's hormonal health, menopause reviews and clinics.
Energy and hydration are often felt within the first couple of weeks. Skin and connective-tissue changes take longer — most collagen research measures results at 8–12 weeks, which is why the 90-Day Protocol runs to that timeframe.
Restore, the daytime hydration formula, is 100% vegan. Sculpt and Exude contain marine collagen, so they are neither vegan nor vegetarian.
Most ingredients are common food-supplement nutrients, but if you're on prescribed medication or HRT, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
